7.5 is the optimum amount for me. Anything less and productivity starts to decrease. Anything more and I become too relaxed and less stressed so I lose motivation to do stuff. 7.5 gives me a good baseline of stress which is manageable and enough to grind stuff out.
8 - 9 if time permits but I'm fine as long as I get 7. If i get less than 7 I can notice it where I feel myself craving some sleep around the early afternoon. If I put myself in a dark room and don't have to wake up to piss, I can legit sleep 9-10 hours without waking up sometimes which is kind of annoying as I'd prefer to just hit the 7-8 hours and wake up. Even if I wake up after 8.5 hours I can usually fall right back asleep for another hour, but if I wake up and walk around then within 15 minutes I'm wide awake and feeling great.

About 4 hours personally. What about you Isaiah?
I sleep a lot.
Can't tell if the misspelling is intentionally wrong, but it makes my blood boil. Hats off.
Maybe if you were "a sleep" "a lot" less, you'd have time to read this:
Nice edit - still wrong. Cheers
I’d say 7-8
5 ish
6 is perfect for me. Anything over 7 or so and I get a raging headache.
Glad to know I am not the only nut that gets headaches from sleeping too long.
I think its dehydration or something...I dont like drinking water before sleeping.
I shoot for 6 minimum, on a good night I’ll get 8. Although recently, I’ve been up close to 5/6am ready to go but maybe that’s anxiety ridden
6 but I'd like to get 7
You feel much more efficient and productive with more than 8 hours
But sometimes when you oversleep, you may feel kind of crummy too
7.25
6-8

My passion for finance fuels me. I don’t need sleep.
Between 0 and 8 hours
Between 2-7, but mostly 6 hours. Need to get more.
5 hours on weekdays and 9 on weekends
6 on weekdays and 8-10 on weekends
If the cat isn't punting me to wake up, about 5-6. If he's punting me to wake up, 3-4 hours.
Varies
Usually 6-8 hours on weekdays
On weekends, probably 7-10 hours
