About 4 hours personally. What about you Isaiah?

I sleep a lot.

I shoot for 6 minimum, on a good night I’ll get 8. Although recently, I’ve been up close to 5/6am ready to go but maybe that’s anxiety ridden

7.5 is the optimum amount for me. Anything less and productivity starts to decrease. Anything more and I become too relaxed and less stressed so I lose motivation to do stuff. 7.5 gives me a good baseline of stress which is manageable and enough to grind stuff out.

8 - 9 if time permits but I'm fine as long as I get 7. If i get less than 7 I can notice it where I feel myself craving some sleep around the early afternoon.  If I put myself in a dark room and don't have to wake up to piss, I can legit sleep 9-10 hours without waking up sometimes which is kind of annoying as I'd prefer to just hit the 7-8 hours and wake up. Even if I wake up after 8.5 hours I can usually fall right back asleep for another hour, but if I wake up and walk around then within 15 minutes I'm wide awake and feeling great.
