You're right. I have performed analytics for the auto industry, including overseeing two Porsche locations among other luxury brands. I was just looking to take a survey. Some people say it differently, but as you said the correct answer is two syllables.
I went to school with some of the families. It’s two in German so that’s the original and correct way.
As a German, I have to tell you it's two: "Por-sche" and don't forget to pronounce the e.

The dealership always uses 2, I just feel like a tool saying Por-sche so I use the model name over make lol.
