How to Balance School with Overall Wellbeing

I’m currently a Freshman at a Private College in Texas looking to go into Investment Banking. As I have been started to prepare for finals my health has decreased a due to the combination of studying, stress, lack of sleep, not eating enough, and not keeping a consistent work out schedule. While I know work ethic is important and sometimes you have to just grind what ways helped you balance prioritizing grades and/or long work hours with your overall wellbeing.
