How to be successful (2019)

I know this is not directly high finance connected, but I think a lot of the points made in the blog post below are arguments I've heard made on this forum. I'm curious to those who will take the time, what do you agree/disagree with and is there anything you would add? Also just bits you may have that you feel have made you successful. Especially those who are later in their careers.

I know it's a bit lengthy, but reading the bold and a sentence or two below each subsection will give the gist.

As far as credibility, Sam Altman is the CEO of Open AI and is involved with YC so take that as you will.
