How to best spend my summer?

I'm a current sophomore and have interviewed at a few investment banks. I should be hearing back from them within the next couple weeks. If neither fall through I was wondering what I should do over the summer. Besides summer school and working a part time job, what can I do to be productive and build the resume?

I will spend a good amount of time networking and getting drunk, but I want to do something I can leverage for internship search. Any ideas?

I'm also a sophomore. Seems that the prevailing wisdom is to get something, anything, finance related on your resume. Of course an internship within IBD would be best, but I think it's still way better to have some finance-related job on your resume than McDonalds, as it shows 1) interest in finance, 2) simply that you've worked in a professional, office setting before.
