how to create a financial modeling when Cash Flow Statement is not provided in 6-K form ?

I've been trying to figure out how to create a financial model fro CTRIP, a Chinese company that is listed in the
US. They report 6-k Forms and cash flow is missing. Depreciation is not included in the income statement.
can someone help me figure this out?
Symbol: CTRP

Thank You, I found it in the 20 F instead. the 20F/A you provided is for TONGCHENG-ELONG HOLDINGS LIMITED that is somehow related to CTRIP. I believe its an Investment created through a merger between Ctrip and Tencent.

Do you know what is the difference between 20F and 20F/A and why would they provide additional information for a different entity?
