It's quite difficult to move to US as a foreigner (H1B or Study Visa). Anyone here moved to US and could give some advice or tips on where/when/how to do it (beside the usual visa sponsored by BB banks).

It is really difficult. I know a lot of people who have done it but almost all of them started by either (1) coming to the US for education and then staying on OPT until they were able to obtain citizenship, (2) working for a multinational in their home country and then transferring to the US, and (3) marrying their American partner, although usually this is someone they met after they did #1 or #2 above.
