How to maintain shape while being in the industry?
Any advice on how to best maintain shape? I’ve been sneaking out at around 9pm for a 1-hour workout during work days but keen to hear how others are managing your body

When I was more junior it was always early mornings 6 or 7 AM). Found that getting the workout out of the way made it easier and had me feeling good throughout the day.
