How to work less and more efficient?

I have been doing this for years now. Although I like analysing companies and looking at the details of different businesses every day, I am kind of sick of doing the grunt manual works. Company descriptions, checking analyst's simple mistakes and typos (they forget running F7s always), designing decks with the same similar structure and occasionally moving boxes around. Getting tasks from 5 different people is also a bitch too, from the VP, ED and MD and not only tasks but comments as well and then communicating these to the analyst when necessary.

Any tips on how to work less hours on these kind of things?
