I accidentally jacked off in the office

Currently work at a MM investment bank and was working pretty late last night. It was a Friday and very few people were still in the office. I said fuck it and texted my ex because I was bored, and we actually had a fun conversation, it even got to the point where she sent me a naked picture. By this point I'm fully turned on and just start jacking it. Like max force, I'm just going at it. I thought no one would see me but then an intern walks by and sees what's happening, he literally breaks down and starts crying (He's an IUKelley kid for reference) and one of the analysts comes over and asks what's wrong, he said (my name) is jacking off in the office. The analyst tells a director and I literally get fired. I told him I wasn't jacking off, but they literally have video of me doing it on the security camera. What should my next move be?
