I HATE REDLINING NDAs
I’m at a good MM bank. I’m a good person. I do good. I tip well. I thank my uber drivers and tip them nicely. I hold the door open for everybody. I call my mom everyday. I buy coffee for my coworkers and drinks and dinner for my friends. SO WHY THE FCK DO I HAVE TO REDLINE NDAs UNTIL 2 AM AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK?!?? Does any other analyst at another MM/BB/EB have to do this fcking horsht?
Our associates just do it at my BB. Might be bank dependent.
There has to be a better way man I hate NDAs
You guys dont have a legal department for this?
No do you?
Never heard of ontra?
No will look into it though thank you.
lol dude what MM are you at that doesn't have in-house or third-party legal support? No f*#kin shot I'm redlining 100+ NDA's during a process.
Hell, KKR has K&E turning their NDA's for them
I do think it’s good for analysts/associates to do some of those as like a first exposure to legal docs, but at a certain point it’s a waste of time. Outsource that shit.
Our legal team does it
Now imagine how lawyers feel every day
Why are you editing NDAs? That is for my client’s counsel (or Sterlington for like $120 a pop…) or my legal team to handle if an engagement letter or NDA with a client
We apparently “don’t need a legal team” according to 2 MDs in our office.
