IB Class of 2040 Where you at?
I am classically trained in piano and started at age 4. It was pretty common for me and people in my studio to practice 4+ hours a day starting around age ten. Additionally, it's very uncommon for someone to pick up piano after age 12 and become a successful concert pianist. When you look at the sports industry it is pretty similar with people working out/practicing for several hours a day from a very young age.
Here is my genuine question. Why is this not the same for finance? if you try to start studying before college your pegged as a hardo, but In some industries if you don't start before age 12 you pretty much have no shot at succeeding. In this highly competitive industry why is it not common for a middle schooler or high schooler to start studying finance and practicing in their free time?
