If you could live anywhere for six months, where would it be?

Europe (either England, Spain, or France). They are obviously different from the US in terms of culture/food, but they are also similar enough to the US that you'd easily blend in.

Some other English-speaking country - England, Australia, New Zealand, etc. Close enough in culture not to struggle but different enough to have an adventure and experience something new. "Marginally adventurous" is kind of my thing.

Brazil or Portugal to master Portuguese.

Or back to Spain. Lived there for 3 months and absolutely loved it.

Tokyo w/ unlimited resources for six months.

Either Geneva or Schaffhausen, Switzerland. I want to absorb some of the histories of watchmaking, and visit Patek Philippe

Costa Rica

Barcelona- it is a breath of fresh air compared to NYC. People will take time out of their day to show you how to get somewhere and ask for nothing in return except a smile. The food is incredible and you can find anything for your taste palette. You cant help but to fall in love with soccer. Also the women are very beautiful but not in the sense of smoking hot playboy but females who are very affectionate and open to new things.
