If you participate on-cycle you’re a sheep

You just started training. Youre in NYC with all your boys working 30 hours / week making banker salary. Middle of the summer and nightlife is amazing. Don’t hit the desk for a few weeks. Life is great

If you give up all of this to instead spend your free time working on LBOs and PE behavioral questions before you have even started your first job out of college - you have 0 backbone

Sincerely, Incoming 1st year whos annoyed some friends are wasting our last fun summer studying for PE

Okay? Stop being soft, you are a sheep by being in IB, no one asked for your opinion keep it to your self, charm-in ultra soft, you sound like a they/them probably blue haired, worry about yourself and stop worrying about your freinds spending time studying, you sound llike a genz. The world doesn’t revolve around you other people have other goals. Pretty sure your daddy pays for everything.

To each there own. I’m taking advantage of this time. I’ve been spending most of my nights out and living it up. I know my social life is going to plummet once I hit the desk, so might as well enjoy it now. Strategically, I think partaking in on-cycle is the best chance to land. Personally, I’m not prepared and would rather take my time.
