I really have to take a shit and I just can't do it while in the office. I leave a trail of gas everytime I get up and I think my co-workers know it's me.

Just take a shit on the public toilet. Use the toilet tissue to cover the seat so your bottom doesn't have to touch it. Don't make people smell your shit please.
I have shy bowels. I don't want someone to walk in and hear me... that's the part that really gets me. I can't even use urnials. I use a stall to piss.
