imposter syndrome **help**
How can I stop feeling like I'm not a good fit for this organization?
I've recently joined on an internship the team, by all means is great and friendly, a large portion of these individuals that I work with hold very advanced degrees and most even Phds in hard areas of expertise such as Math and Neuroscience, Physics, etc. How can I overcome the irrational thought that imma be "caught" or that they are going to "see right past" the impressions I've put on to fit in with such individuals with tons of experience when I'm just an undergrad?
If you've felt like this in your career path please comment on any advice on how id be able to combat this id love to hear it.
Go in front of a mirror. You see that pussy mothafucka, that's the person creating this issue. It's a mindset issue. It's normal to be insecure, and as you gain experience and competence in your field you'll become more confident. There's nothing else to it.
