Incoming Analyst - Master of Finance Degree - Compensation?
I'll be an incoming full-time analyst at a BB this upcoming July. I recently completed a dual MS/BS track in Finance. I accepted my last summer offer under the notion that I would only have a BS degree upon graduation, however, I was able to pull off both degrees in 4 years. If possible (or should I expect), how should I go about obtaining a higher pay given my graduate-level degree at an analyst position? It's a two-year contract, but I feel as though I can use this come bonus season?

i don't think the bank cares about your MSF
Your base will be $85k, just like every other first-year analyst. Your bonus will depend on the bank's profits and your performance, not your added degree.
I have one as well and started off at 85k like everyone else.
The only story I have heard of someone starting with a higher salary because of an MSF is a buddy of mine who started in trading, and was actually able to convince HR and his group to start him off as an Associate. His MSF was a very two-year technical degree though.
Your MSF does not mean anything, and you will in no way, shape, or form be able to use this as "leverage" during bonus season.
If anything the MSF will help you possibly skip the MBA and go straight to post-MBA PE/BB roles, it will not help you get higher pay right now.
I was in a similar situation though my MSF was right after undergrad. I ended up coming in like a normal analyst, but with the opportunity of an early promotion after 1.5 years rather than 2.5 years if performance was strong.
