Industry reports - needed
Hi people,
Does anyone know where can I get some nice and not too complex industry reports? Specifically, looking for things like revenue drivers, cost drivers, business model, level of competition, and trends. Kinda like "X industry 101" or "introduction to industry X". Dont know how much it is needed in banking but thought that people interested in consulting and PE might know some good resources.

P.s. I heard of IBIS reports but they are very expensive
Consulting and Big 4 accounting firms usually put out yearly updates on industries that are usually pretty short and comprehensive.

IBISworld might have what you are looking for. Haven't used them since college, but fairly simple reports.
