I hate to say this, but I often feel intimidated by white people.
I am in search of an internship so I’ve been looking at IB near me. I always go through the employee tab. Most banks that I’ve come across have only white employees( not surprised). Automatically, I start to think that I don’t stand a chance because I’m black.
Am I dumb for thinking this way?

Yes. Focusing on facts/circumstances that can't change is always a waste of time. In fact it's counter-productive because it's creating stress for you. Making you self-conscious, and that usually shows.
