Investment banking by Joshua Rosenbaum and Joshua Pearl
Is the book 'Investment Banking' by Joshua Rosenbaum and Joshua Pearl a good book to read? Currently in undergrad at a semi target and I'm looking for great books to read and learn more. I'm open to more suggestions.
It definitely has wayyy more content than you would need to get through interviews successfully, but goes far more in-depth than any guides and would be a good read to prepare for your sa after you land an offer.

Yes, it is a good book. I keep mine at my desk and occasionally refer to it. You do not need to get the latest edition. I would just get a cheap used copy from eBay.

For interviews, the BIWS guide is my pick by far.

I can most definitly second Rosenbaum and BIWS.
Another good read is Accounting for M&A, Equity, and Credit Analysts (James E. Morris - McGraw-Hill). Its really bearable for an accounting book, it only covers M&A relevant aspects + its easy to look up. Easy to follow calculation examples.

Ideal cram book before any interview :) Don't spend your money on it though, there's PDFs of every edition, floating around
I modeled all the models from the book(dcf, peers, lbo, acc dil analysis...) I can exchange them for other models, data, analysis etc
