Ipad or Samsung Tab S9?

Bought the Samsung Tab S9, primarily for note taking, but was told it had better office / file functionality etc.

I'm finding the the pen is kind of booty cheeks if you put a case on it (due to the magnets or something). Other than that it seems fine.

Since its primarily for note taking, its annoying me and I am considering turning it in for an Ipad. Obviously it feels weird to turn it in just for that.

Accordingly, any office users on here prefer the Tab S9 for work? Are there any essential work related features that the Tab S9 has that the Ipad doesn't?

Thanks.

Neither.  Get a Microsoft Surface.  Even the chintziest Surface Go* is a better productivity tool than either, since it's a full-blown laptop.  There's no need for neutered versions of Office, etc.  I can even run my BBG terminal on my Top of the line Go 2 in a pinch, and a Pro is much more powerful.

*If you get the Go, don't get the very lowest storage option.  It's EMMC, not a SSD and really slows things down. That's even a bigger deal than the tiny amount of storage.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.

Thanks I appreciate that. Ill take a look.

Although I will say I wasn't necessarily planning to create entire excel spreadsheets using the Ipad alone. I figured I would mostly just be marking up documents in pdf / checking over a spreadsheet on the go.

The full Bloomberg would be interesting though. Right now the app for me only shows high level numbers in MODL so that's kind of annoying.

But this is helpful.
