Is it okay to send flowers to boyfriend while at work?

Hi, I have a boyfriend who’s had a particularly stressful few months since starting investment banking. With Valentine’s Day coming up, I wanted to know if it might be tacky to send flowers to his office since he’s there all day? He’s pretty quiet at about his personal life at work, and I’m not sure how that might come across as well. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thank you!

Oh, I think this is great! And while you’re at it, why don’t you go up there and sell beaded necklaces you made to each one of his coworkers! I’m sure they’ll be so surprised no one will ever want to talk to him again!

I didn’t mention this, but I think it may be a little too much maybe he wants to keep his private life separate from work. Maybe he doesn’t like his associates or maybe his associates are not the biggest fan of him and don’t need another reason to dislike him.

On the flip side, I’d maybe decorate his room into something nice for the day, surprise him with deserts or food when he comes home that you made him. What do you think ?

If you do this, it is also tradition to send flowers to everyone else on his team. Make sure all of the senior folks on the team get a handwritten card as well. Tradition breeds excellence.

i wouldnt tbh... too risky. I think framing a picture of you two and putting in his bag so he can put it on his desk would be cooler! plus it will last!

Go all the way

Most guys do not like flowers, so I do not think it will have the intended effect.  If you want to show him you care, and if he likes sports, get him something sports related. This would be 100x more appreciated than flowers.
