Is it possible for someone who works in finance not to drink coffee?

I am 18, however, for health reasons, I've been advised to reduce my caffeine intake or stop drinking coffee altogether. I obviously don't work in finance yet, but is it even possible not to drink a lot of coffee while working in finance? I can't function when I get less than 6 hours of sleep, and coffee is often the only thing that saves me from acting completely drunk in days where I don't sleep enough. Crazy question, ik.

Well, my doctor didn't mention anything about cocaine so I guess it's fine

Hey I work at a rising EB (think Gugg, Laz, WF) and usually like to take my caffeine as a suppository. You can totally avoid doing that and also drinking it.

I hated the taste of coffee forever, including throughout college.

Then once I was a few months into Analyst stint, the lack of sleep hit me like a truck. Reluctantly forced espresso down my throat, now I can't live without one coffee.

I'm similar in the 6-7 hour sleep part, but that'll only last me until mid-day at most, before I need something to perk me up.
