Is there time to workout in IBD
Like the question says is there time to actually make gains during ibd. I've been doing workouts on fri/sat/sun but wanting to step it up going forward.

as long as the gym is either close to your office or home, then yeah, it is possible.
Long drives through the countryside or traveling across town between meetings.. no, not really.
Definitely takes more effort to find time but it’s still possible. I wouldn’t expect to go every day, but 2-3 days a week is reasonable. You can use body weight exercises to supplement too.
There is always time to go to the gym if you don't like sleeping. You should be able to lift friday, Saturday, Sunday. Depending on the group, you could probably get one more weekday in. Maybe Monday morning or late in one fo the evenings. There will be plenty of days where you log off before 11pm. You can go lift for an hour.
However, I would not make your IB analyst stint the time you "get back in the gym." that just makes no sense. If you were not previously a gym rat, it is unlikely you will become one.
It depends on how creative you are. I work out at work all the time.
it depends on groups. A guy I know told me he has time to work out 6 days a week despite being in a busy group. He told me that some groups encourage their juniors to workout as well lol
