Is ZNGA a lost cause?
I was burnt on their report, and could use your opinions. Recently, Zynga announced they won’t be pursuing real money gambling in the US due to tight restrictions, and the stock plummeted, erasing all of the gains from FB’s earnings and then some. Their gambling venture in the UK is still a go, partnering up with Bwin, but their daily average users for basic games have decreased some 25% in the last quarter. They are sitting on a big pile of cash, and now have former Xbox chief, Don Mattrick as CEO, but even so, I am a little wary.
Is a turnaround in the works or is it a lost cause?
I'm sorry to have to put it this way, but anybody holding ZYNGA has been ZYNG-ed
i feel like most people who bought into Zynga didn't even really understand what it was, they just went straight for the hype
BAZINGA!!!
And yah, you could tell the company was shit from the behavior of their CEO (which in extreme cases says a lot) along with their terrible corporate culture and company vision
