Replace "law school" and "one L" with (insert BB's name here). Replace "reasonableness and jurisdiction" with WACC, DCF, and Excel. Replace "professors" with MDs. Replace "friends" with coworkers. Replace "cases" with models. Replace "when I pass the bar" with when I get my bonus.
