IU Kelley vs OSU Fisher vs DePaul University

I am a 19 year old student currently at a community college and was accepted to the three schools. My first choice would be IU, but I have to take the risk of getting into Kelley, if not, that would be a lot of loans taken out for nothing. I am an Illinois resident so DePaul would be much cheaper than the other two. Should I take the risk of getting into Kelley and the extra costs, just stay in state, or go to OSU where I’m directly in fisher? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
