Ivy University was founded by Beri Meric, a former MS banker. It markets itself as a thought-provoking social university that uses the world as it's campus:

I was invited, but wasn't sure if it would be worth it. The annual fee is more than $1K, but it might be worth it, given that they use the fee to make the events more adventurous, bring you around so many great and different people, and allow you to gain access in a way you might not have, at discounted entry prices.
Anyone else here hear of Ivy University? Have you been invited, yet? Would you or did you decide to join?

Reminds me of the thread about World Class Capital Group. If it's using "Ivy" as a marketing ploy I'm strongly inclined to believe it's some sort of scam.

Replied after I was contacted. Immediately started ignoring her emails after I was told how high the annual fee is. These things are only as valuable as the network they bring with and I don't know a single person who belongs to this.
I got invited, as well. I don't even know how they got my contact.
