It has come to my attention that Jane Fraser, Citi CEO, is a lesbian. This strikes a question for me: is Jane Fraser a DEI hire due to her lesbian look and more specifically, her haircut? What is Citi's angle on this? Can anyone at Citi confirm?

Citi Board Member here - can confirm, Jane Fraser was hired mostly for her haircut. Personally I also wanted her to dye it green to really sell our inclusivity.
