Job Options what would you pick?

To start off, I am grateful to have all three of these offers in place, and I wanted to get advice from you all to help me make my choice.

The first option is a valuation analyst at an accounting firm in a mid-sized city. I am not crazy excited about it, but it's still great pay for the cost of living.

Second is a mm commercial credit analyst role that has a structured training program and is a 2-3 year program.

and the third offer is a PE-backed rollup, where I would have the opportunity to wear many hats and see every component, from business development to back-end diligence. This one is in a bigger market and has me a bit more excited, but a little worried where that leaves me for eventual exit opps.

Pay across the 3 is very similar except for the rollup where there is a upside for larger bonuses.
