JR 1 Bed for rent- $1950/mo 40s/10th Ave

12 minutes to Times Square

16 minutes to Rockefeller Center

Spacious ~400 square foot apartment, 13 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, open city views.

Bedroom large enough to fit double bed.

Full kitchen; main area large for entertaining.

Four stair flights up, but best deal per square foot for quality renovated apartment space in Manhattan, period.

Fridge is great at holding PBR.

Looking for a June 1st- July 15th move-in date.

No broker fee.

Prefer not to rent sight-unseen, but willing to work with out-of-towners. Well-known WSO member with documented bank employment and Series 7 license; mitigates scam risk.

Min income: $78K/year (Willing to work with new analysts with less who can show a reasonable budget and overcollateralize. Given that this is a sublease, I am jointly and severally liable for any unpaid rent until the lease is over.)

Lease ends Nov. 1st.

PM me for more details and photos. Prefer not to share any more of the details of my life and living space on WSO for public comment than I have to.
