June 2025 NYC Roommate Search - 2 rooms available in Tribeca
I have two bedrooms available June 1st 2025 in a proper 3bed/2bath (in unit laundry, 4th floor walkup) in Tribeca on a very desirable street (walking distance to Citi and GS offices and easy access to 123, ACE, and 6 trains). One larger bedroom and a slightly smaller bedroom with its own bathroom. Rent is ~$2,400 per person. I have been living here with two college friends for the past 3 years and they have decided to upgrade to get their own places but I can’t give this place up since it is such a great deal for the neighborhood.
