LA transplants from the East Coast… how’d you do it?

NJ native, been a lifelong dream of mine to relocate to the West Coast, particularly LA. Visited a few times, lived there for 3 months during covid remote work, and now I’m dead-set on a permanent relocation.

Having a lot of trouble gaining traction when applying to jobs out there… currently working in a MO/Ops position at a BB in Manhattan.

Curious to hear some success stories. East coasters in LA… how’d you do it?
