Well, if you haven't seen the stanford itunes U videos, I suggest you go there.
The iTunes videos are good for a core understanding, but won't teach you Objective C. That being said Why are you trying to learn Objective C? I assume it's cause you want to try and write an Apple app, but be warned learning on Obj C is not going to be the easiest path to learning programming...or for that matter useful long-term since only Apple really uses it.
All of the imperative programming languages are the same. Once you've learned one, you can learn any of them in about three hours.
I sure hope so... learning Ruby currently then Rails
I hear Java is the most useful and object oriented so its ties in with some others... isn't C the hardest?
I check out the best programming books on Amazon and then torrent them; this works well. Those Stanford vids are also supposed to be good.
