Lethargic throughout the day?

Currently working in IB. I’m wondering if anyone else here feels lethargic throughout the day at random points of time. At times I just get tired or feel the need to take a quick nap. Luckily my group has cubicles but can still be frustrating to feel tired or slower for a few hours in the day. Anyone else get this way??

i made two changes to my sleep routinewhich totally got rid of my lethargy (assuming i can get 6 hours of sleep)

-eat dinner right when my meal stipend is active hits so my food is mostly digested by the time i go to bed
-no phone in bed

These two things did wonders for my sleep and energy. Also, i quit zyns and drink more water

I'd suggest getting an appointment with your healthcare provider to go over your concerns.  There could be underlying conditions that you may unaware of.

How is your sleeping schedule?

Do you have a good pillow/mattress to sleep on?

Are you stressed?

There are many factors that comes into play.  Although WSO is a great place to seek advice, it should never take place of visiting a licensed healthcare professional.
