Lobby art in banks
Who is buying this shit? Why is it all "modern" and "abstract" lol you'd think there would at least be a statement piece or two from a notable historical artist.
Also, ofc UBS takes another L here. Having a bunch of kindergarten "fill in the shapes" type art in their lobby, calling it, "art of the day" or whatever... Walk north a few blocks (on 6th Ave) and they get absolutely mogged by a great landscape in the fuckin credit Agricole lobby lmao.
