Moving to London in September and looking for a room or someone interested in finding a two bedroom flat together.
I am 28 and currently based in Chicago, working in real estate investment and portfolio management. I will be moving to London to start an MA in International Political Economy at King’s while continuing to work part time from my firm’s London office in White City.
Ideally looking in Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush, Kensington, Notting Hill, Paddington, or nearby areas with good access to both White City and the Strand.
Main parameters:
• Move in mid September, but flexible into October
• Budget of roughly £1,500 to £1,800 per month, with flexibility for the right place
• Furnished
• Modern and clean with a good kitchen
• Ideally an ensuite or private bathroom
• Bills included or relatively predictable would be preferred
• Open to an existing room or teaming up with one other person for a two bedroom flat
I am a UK citizen, so no visa issues. Outside of work and school, I am into running, lifting, travelling, and electronic music. Clean, organised, and pretty independent during the week.
