We are two straight males working in investment banking, looking for 1 extra roommate. We will live in the same building 505 West 37th Street. Rent can be expected to be $1762 plus utilities.
We are looking to flex a 2BR. You will have a real room or you can take the flex room and pay ~$1628. We're very flexible, only thing we ask is that you are clean within own room and throughout the apartment.
