Looking for a Roommate with a higher budget, late Dec. - early Jan. move in
Shot in the dark, but I'm moving to NYC soon and am looking for a roommate to get a nicer place together. Current budget is up to ~$3000, ~$2500 is the sweet spot. Would rather look for someone with a more stable income and of similar age to room with, as opposed to some random person on Facebook/Craigslist.
About me: 24M, working in tech (you'd know the name) in Chelsea. Would prefer a 2 bed, location doesn't matter to me as much. Like sports, tech, finance, hanging out, and exploring the city. Pretty clean and neat, generally busy during the week.
Is that your budget per person or the entire apartment? If entire apartment Im interested. DM.
I don’t think 3k total is considered a higher budget since nice one beds are around 2k+

Well considering that Manhattan rents have topped 3000 again it is going to be an interesting search.
