Looking for NYC roommate - FiDi / Battery Park

Posting this for friends - neither is in finance but given apartment location figured someone on this board might be interested, and the roommate thread here never really got off the ground.

Looking for a third roommate to replace one who is moving out in a downtown luxury building. Location is perfect for analysts at goldman / deutsche / Nomura / RBC (~ 5 min walk to each) or anyone else in fidi.

Two roommates are mid-20's females but room available to either gender

Rent - 1350 (negotiable) Lease - starts Aug 31st, 12 months with options to renew Location - west fidi / east battery park city (depending which broker you ask) Description - The room available is 10'4 x 8'9 with pretty large sized closet and air/heat control. The building has a gym, free workout classes, lounge, wi-fi, balcony, and access to 1subway, R/N subway, and two blocks from 4/5 subway on wall street

Not sure if this is the right place for this but send me a pm if interested
