Looking for Roommate to Fill Lease - West LA
I know this isn't what WSO is typically used for, but thought it would be worth a shot -
Me and a friend have a lease for a 3 bed/3 bath unit in West Los Angeles (Sawtelle). Great location in a somewhat-suburban spot in West LA near Sawtelle (the building is around 35 units I believe). One of our roommates has moved out and we are looking to fill the lease. We are both in our mid/late 20's, work relatively demanding jobs in commercial real estate (WFH 2 days per week, in the office the remainder). We are clean, quiet and do not typically have people over (we will go out and do things but prefer to keep our house peaceful). We are both into working out, outdoor activities/tennis, etc. We typically spend the weekend out doing things and our apartment is left pretty quiet. During the week, we are working the majority of the time.
Rent is around $1450 plus internet and utilities. You have your own bedroom and own bathroom, but the bathroom is in the living room and not connected to your bedroom. Nobody will use your bathroom.
We are looking to fill the lease ASAP - preferably in the first week or two of January. This would be a great fit for someone who is career-oriented and looking for a quiet place to live in West LA.
