Currently looking to buy a SMB up to $1 million and prob going to get a SBA loan. any one have any idea of what I should buy outside of the normal things like a restaurant,drycleaner,etc?

Unless your net worth is much higher, I'd be more specific and motivated about the type of business you want to purchase and operate. Also consider your ability to obtain financing while still paying off your SBA loan...
A SaaS company.
Not an expert but I’ve looked at a few of these. At the sub 1 million purchase price you often don’t have financials which will support an SBA loan. They’re running them as a cash business so generate little to no profit or even look as if they’re losing money.
Self serve car wash is always something worth looking into--low labor, low overhead, and COGS are super cheap as well. Not sure on the prices though.
