Luxury Assets - WSO Boat Awards

We all put ourselves through hell for status, love of the job, and of course, money! I chase the money for the assets. I was drooling over the thought of being at the Shark Tournament on the Vineyard this weekend, but instead was being my MD's bitch.

If you have ever had the pleasure of being out on the water, you know what a pissing contest boat ownership is.

I have decided to throw my hat into the ring this year and have been eying a 22ft center console for some casual fishing. While she is a total money pit, there is nothing more that I would like to spend my money on. I won't be competing with the truly absurd boat classes, but I'll at least get to show up to the party.

What are the rest of you WSO guys sporting? Sailboat, cabin cruiser, fishing boat? Would love to generate a little competition here.

Edmundo BravermanI've owned 7 sailboats over the years (and a yacht brokerage), so I'm firmly in the blow-boat column. That said, I think my ultimate weekender boat would be a Meridian 341.

Eddie, what boats have you had in your fleet? You rocking one now? Whats the story on the Yacht Brokerage?

The yacht brokerage was just making a dream of mine come true, and I found myself in the right place at the right time. Over the years I've owned:

3 Hunters 2 Catalinas 1 Coronado 1 Columbia

I also built custom pirogues for awhile:

Unfortunately, I'm between boats at the moment, as there isn't much opportunity to sail one in Paris. I try to get out on the water whenever I'm back home.
