  • Deal Size Range: Total deal size anywhere between $5-50M (yes, we're opportunistic about this), but have taken part in larger JVs
  • Geographic Focus: DC to NY
  • Property Types: Multifamily, retail, some office
  • Investment Strategy: Value Add + Opportunistic
  • Target Deal Descriptions: net 20 to investors...i know that's simple, but if its opportunistic urban infill and it makes money we'll look at it.
