Mental Physical Social Health

Ok I’m in my late 20s, am really worn out on all fronts - physically, mentally and socially. I do exercise regularly and eat well when I can, so that’s definitely a bonus. However I am exhausted regularly with honestly no time for anything else. I’m getting really agitated at work by others work errors and just honestly am irritated 24/7. The expectations and amount of work I used to be fine with, now I’m almost 30 and honestly have no idea how to form quality relationships outside of work because work has really been my only priority. Not that I put work above everything else by choice, it just happens that way when work takes up all your time and want to succeed. How do I get out of this rut? And don’t say im complaining or snippy, I work my ass off. I’m burned out and don’t give a shit about anything else right now because I’m cornered into ensuring I succeed at work so I can keep the paychecks coming in. And I’m not money hungry either, I can’t just not work and don’t know what else I would do for a living if I wasn’t here. I work hard with where I’m at so I can continue working in this profession because I’m skilled and good at it. Just really burned out.

And I don’t mean to use wso as a place to vent, just have to imagine there’s a bunch of us in this industry in this position. Caught between loving the pursuit of success while also being burnt out with no where else to go while also wanting to settle down with a wife and kids at some point. I love the pursuit of success but man would I love to take a couple months off and have a relationship
