Middle Office Finance vs. Health Sciences (non-MD)
I've been thinking a lot about this lately. I'm doing an MSF but having second thoughts, which is prob just cuz I'm making the biggest decision of my life, but still. I went to a school where occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic training were popular majors and programs (they all had 2 year masters following 4 years undergrad). While obviously OT/PT/AT don't make anywhere near as much money as FO, idk about MO.
How about job security and portability? Transferrable skills? Which has it better, finance or those health professions I mentioned?
