Middle to Front Office Move for Recent Grad?
Just landed a job working at a large private bank in NYC, title is operations and compliance. I am a recent grad who's only financial experience is within a student managed fund my senior year. What can I do to try and move to a more analytical role within this bank, or another. (CFA,network, online courses?) Thanks for the help!
