Yes - always find it interesting. Kind of wish we still had Michael Lorber from back in the day. Was not as talented but surely was interesting seeing someone with his name.

The premier was solid. Apartments are stunning and its interesting to follow their lives. Frederick is hilarious as always. I was not aware of the reshuffling of Ryan's firm. Reflects somewhat poorly on him. However, the show is always straddling the line between legitimate and planned. Not sure where Steve's comment falls.

Oh, and if you look up the pad that Rebel Wilson bought...it's just under $4mm. Sooo I guess the $16mm one they were looking at was for show.

Agreed. Would be interested to see how Michael is doing now. Seems like he has his shit together a lot more compared to when he was on the show.

The stuff with Ryan is a little played out IMHO. He always makes references to how busy he is and how many emails/calls he gets on a daily basis, but yet he keeps adding agents to his team. His true enjoyment comes from working with clients or so he says. Doesn't seem like the extra money would be worth all of the added stress of constantly trying to make a bigger team, but maybe I am missing something here.

The Rebel Wilson stuff definitely seemed odd. I didn't know the apartment she bought was only $4M. Hmmm.....I think you are on to something about the $16M apartment
