I don't think you've ever dealt with Comcast...

LOL...I actually have some experience with Comcast - agree its up there (or shall I say down there?), but the sheer anger and hatred I have for Time Warner is still unmatched. Their service centers are like a human zoo and idiot circus bundled into one. I'm not sure I agree with the whole oligopoly notion though, in the sense that Verizon is actually decent in terms of quality.

I've only had a couple problems with Verizon (billing) in probably 10 years I've been using 'em, no experience with TW thank god. Comcast, it's just a shitshow. Everything, that is. Customer service, billing, install, transfer, etc. I've had great experiences with them, but I'm always apprehensive because it's like a 60-40 split (good-bad experiences). That's not a good record for a company heheh.

Sears

Sears is a shitshow. I went to buy something there a couple of years ago and it was a big thing where you had to go to the 'pick-up' area in the back. After waiting around for 15 minutes while there was literally nobody there (even after calling the store from my cell to ask where was someone?), I went back to the front to get a refund. So, it's definitely one of the worst and it's absolutely shocking to me that they're still in business.

Even though I have never used it, I may have to throw Facebook in the mix as one of the worst as well.

Simple As...

A whole lot of Ackman hate lately, huh?

Ackman has an affiliation with Sears?

US Airways

My first and only experience on that shit airline: DFW->Charlotte->NYC.
9PM - Wheels down, about to land in Charlotte, pilot pulls up without saying a word. 10:30PM - Pilot says computer malfunction has rerouted us to Charlottesville...VA. 2AM - Leave Charlottesville on a bus. 4AM - Go to sleep in a trashy motel; might as well have slept under a bridge. Did I mention I lost (stolen?) my watch and iPod? 5AM - Wake up to make a 7AM flight to NYC 7AM - Get bumped to a 10:30AM flight. 10AM - My very important meeting in NYC starts...without me.

What did they give me for my trouble? A f*cking $50 voucher.

Yeah my dad had a similar experience with them. Bought a lawn mower from them through their website. Got it delivered and found out that a couple bolts that basically hold the thing together were missing. So he went to the local store and asked if they had any spare bolts. They did. Did they give them to him? Nope. They're plan was to return the entire mower, refund his money, then have him buy a new one and have it shipped out to him, AGAIN (no other mowers in store). Needless to say he left a mower light and headed straight to Lowes. No wonder Sears is in the toilet, with that level of genius working there.

JCP. Good god I just hate their stores. Sears might be as bad on the customer service front, but I actually like their merchandise.

Best Buy. Not so bad if you're tech savvy, but they do their best to screw the uninformed consumer. In the early 2000s they pushed magazine subscriptions, now they push $100 cables / set up services. I mean what other store would direct consumers to an alternate version of their site to deter price-checking?

TWC is way worse than Comcast (experience with both). TWC gets bad reception (or something?), which I didn't even know was possible with cable.

I've had some good ass times on airplanes. There was a group of 45 of us flying from Moscow to Tel Aviv. The Russian flight attendants gave 0 shits and were partying with us in the back half of the plane. Some dude's wife got banged in the bathroom and then he got punched in the face (the married guy) when he got rowdy about it.

Had a good time flying back too. In Russia, they told us that we couldn't bring alcohol on the plane after we bought lots of it. So I had to chug two bottles of wine before going through security. We had tons of little JDs though and the flight attendants gave us a bunch of bottles of cheap wine.

I met this really cool Irish flight attendant chick flying from Punta Cana to Chicago who got drunk and talked shit with me all flight. She liked my traditional Mexican suede tassel jacket with FOUR horse embroideries, so we went out when we landed. Was fun.
