I earned my undergrad degree from a top target and also graduated from a top mba program (HBS) so really I just eat whenever I want
OMAD - try it - you will never go back. It is just so damn convenient. You won't even be hungry until dinner when you get into the routine.
I used to do this when I was a broke student and often sipped on coffee until I had my meal around 5-6pm. Big downside is the ketosis during the day can give you bad breath. I chewed on gum to try to counter that but I'm not sure how effective it was.
Also really fucked with my energy / focus on days I didn't get good sleep.
